These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hydrogenesis.in and your registration for events organised by Hydrogenesis. By registering for an event or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Registrations

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• A registration is confirmed only after successful payment, or after a coupon reduces the amount to zero.
• Your event pass (with a QR code) is sent to the email address you provide. Please keep it safe and present it at entry.

Pricing & payments

• The fee for each event is shown on its page in Indian Rupees (₹) and is the final amount payable, less any valid coupon discount.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, and netbanking).
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to add, change, or withdraw events and coupons at any time.

Coupons

Coupon codes are subject to their own validity, eligibility, and expiry conditions. They may be withdrawn or amended at any time and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Event changes

We may reschedule, modify, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an event, our Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hydrogenesis is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or attendance at an event. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant registration.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
